Prepare a delicious South Indian-style Kanthari Mutton Fry with tender mutton and spicy Kanthari Mutton Masala. This flavourful roasted mutton dish is perfect for lunch, dinner, or special occasions.
Kanthari Mutton Fry is a spicy and flavourful dish prepared with tender mutton and Kanthari Mutton Masala. The mutton is cooked until tender, coated with aromatic spices, and fried with onions and curry leaves for a delicious South Indian-style side dish.
Mix mutton with Kanthari Mutton Masala, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, lemon juice, pepper, and salt. Marinate for 30 minutes.
Pressure-cook the mutton with chopped tomato and a little water until tender.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions, green chillies, and curry leaves until golden.
Add the cooked mutton and fry on medium heat until the excess moisture evaporates. Cook until the mutton becomes dark, roasted, and well coated with the masala
Serve hot with rice, chapati, parotta, or biryani.
